Bearing use and fit

Rolling bearings make precision parts, and thus require a correspondingly cautious attitude in the use of both the use of high-performance bearings, if used improperly, can not achieve the expected performance results, so the use of bearings make the following matters should be noted:

▲ Keep the bearings and their surroundings clean.

▲ Keep the bearing and its surrounding environment clean. Even if the naked eye can not see the smile dust into the bearing, it will increase the wear, vibration and noise of the bearing.

▲ Use the installation carefully, do not allow strong stamping, do not allow direct hammering of the bearing, do not allow the transmission of pressure through the rolling body.

▲ Use suitable and accurate mounting tools, try to use special tools, and strongly avoid using things like cloth and short fibers.

▲ Prevent the bearing from rusting, when picking up the bearing directly by hand, wash away the sweat from your hand fully and apply high quality mineral oil before operation, pay special attention to prevent rusting in rainy season and summer.

Fitting of bearings

▲ The selection of fit, the inner diameter size and outer diameter size of rolling bearing are manufactured according to standard tolerance, the fit tightness of inner ring and shaft, outer ring and seat hole can only be achieved by controlling the tolerance of journal and seat hole. The inner ring of the bearing and the shaft are fitted with the base hole system, and the outer ring of the bearing and the seat hole are fitted with the machine shaft system. The correct choice of fit must know the actual load conditions, operating temperature and other requirements of the bearing, which in practice is very difficult. Therefore, most cases are based on the use of fine research to select the fit.

The amount of over-win between the collar and the shaft or housing depends on the size of the load. A larger over-win is used for heavier loads, and a smaller over-win is used for lighter loads.
